The Alliance for Industrial Efficiency submitted public comments to the Michigan Public Service Commission. The comments broadly support the Administrative Law Judge’s recommendations for standby rates, including equitable cost allocation and its proposal for reconvening the standby working group to consider standardizing and clarifying standby tariff terms and conditions.
Eleven manufacturers, developers, and institutions also delivered a letter to the Michigan Public Service Commission in support of fair and reasonable standby rates.
