The Alliance Issues Statement on Supreme Court Clean Power Plan Stay

On February 9, 2016, the Supreme Court issued a stay order for the EPA’s Clean Power Plan. The Supreme Court’s decision is not on the merits of the rule. While the Supreme Court’s ruling will delay implementation, the Alliance for Industrial Efficiency will continue to work with manufacturers to encourage common-sense clean-energy solutions that help America’s economy and the environment.
