Final Clean Power Plan Excerpts Relevant to CHP and WHP

This document contains language that is pertinent to Combined Heat and Power (CHP) and Waste Heat to Power (WHP) from the final Clean Power Plan rule (issued under Section 111(d) of the Clean Air Act), which can be found on EPA’s website here. With the exception of definitions listed at the beginning of this document, the following excerpts are listed in order of appearance in the final rule, with page numbers at the end of each excerpt. Page number hyperlinks direct a user to the specific page within the rule where the beginning of that text is located (links seem to work better by right-clicking and copy & pasting rather than clicking directly). Footnotes have been adjusted to only include those within these excerpts, so corresponding numbers have been changed to reflect this.
