A coalition of Pennsylvania businesses, business associations, and nonprofit organizations sent a letter encouraging the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to invest in energy efficiency and renewable energy with proceeds from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI). Investment in energy efficiency and renewable energy can reduce Pennsylvanians’ energy costs, strengthen business investment, and create local jobs, all while reducing carbon and air pollution.
Several Combined Heat and Power Alliance members have signed on to the letter.
