On March 2, the CHP Alliance, along with 38 other organizations, submitted a coalition letter to the members of the US Senate in support of the American Energy Innovation Act (AEIA).
AEIA (S. 2657)—released by Sen. Murkowski (AK) and Sen. Manchin (WV)—is a compilation of nearly 50 energy-related bills that the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee held legislative hearings and business meetings on throughout 2019. This bipartisan bill provides practical legislative solutions aimed at enabling the adoption of lower-emitting and more efficient technologies.
