The Alliance submitted comments to the Ways and Means Energy Tax Reform Working Group on recommended changes to the current tax code to increase deployment of Combined Heat and Power and Waste Heat to Power. In particular, the Alliance urged Congress to remove the size and capacity constraints in the existing CHP tax credit and to extend Master Limited Partnerships to CHP and WHP.
