On November 22, 2016, the Alliance sent a thank you letter to The Honorable Eric Fanning, Secretary of the Army. As elaborated in the letter, we are very grateful for his recognition of the benefits of combined heat and power and the Army’s recent announcement to triple CHP deployment at its bases.
