The Committee is seeking stakeholder input on comprehensive tax reform. Primarily, the Alliance called on Congress to strengthen the Investment Tax Credit, preserve the Modified Accelerated Cost Recovery Systems, and extend eligibility for Master Limited Partnerships to CHP and WHP.
