Last week, Senator Bennet (D-CO) (along with Sens. Heinrich (D-ND) and Wyden (D-OR) introduced the Rebuilding Resilient Energy Systems Act, which clarifies that disaster relief funding can be used to build more resilient and efficient energy systems.
