Two weeks ago, the Senate Democratic Policy & Communication Center (DPCC) released an ambitious Blueprint to Rebuild America’s Infrastructure. The document outlined the broad strokes of a plan to spend $1 trillion over 10 years on infrastructure, including electrical capacity. This week, the Alliance wrote Senator Charles Schumer, DPCC leader, to applaud the blueprint and encourage the inclusion of the benefits of CHP and WHP in its Blueprint. The letter can be read here.
