On November 13, 12 businesses and organizations sent a letter to Senator Jeanne Shaheen thanking the Senator for her work on the Heat Efficiency through Applied Technology Act (“HEAT Act”). The bill would help overcome regulatory barriers that have prevented CHP and WHP from reaching their full potential.
