Last year at this time, Governor Kasich vetoed HB 554 and reaffirmed the importance of the state’s Energy Efficiency Resource Standard (EERS). On the anniversary of this event, the Alliance for Industrial Efficiency sent a letter to the Governor thanking him for his commitment to efficiency and to urging him to continue to protect the state’s EERS in the 2018 legislative session.
