Today, the Alliance weighed in on greenhouse gas regulations developed by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) that set annual emissions limits for electric generators in the state. The Alliance urged MassDEP to modify the regulation to include an electric generator’s useful thermal energy in the calculations of its emissions limit.
