The Northeast Chapter of the CHP Alliance submitted comments to the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities regarding its Energy Savings Improvement Program (ESIP) regulations straw proposal. The Chapter and its members support the NJ ESIP given combined heat and power systems fall within the definition of eligible energy conservation measures within the program.
