Alliance Executive Director Submits Testimony to House Appropriations Committee

Executive Director Jennifer Kefer submitted testimony to the House Appropriations Committee and Energy and Water Subcommittee, requesting that Congress adopts the Advanced Manufacturing funding levels for FY2017 consistent with the President’s budget request. The FY2017 EERE budget includes important provisions that advance CHP and WHP. In total, the Industrial Technical Assistance program’s FY2017 request is $29.5M, which includes $10 million in ongoing support for the CHP Technical Assistance Partnerships (“TAPs”) to help states increase CHP and WHP deployment.
